We handle procurement, purchasing, and delivery so you don't have to chase multiple suppliers.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately at support@partshire.io or call +44 1908 881 064 and we will do our best to amend it. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible, but you can arrange a return once the goods arrive.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as bank transfers for trade accounts. For orders over £5,000 we can arrange 30-day payment terms for approved businesses. All prices on the site are shown ex. VAT; VAT is added at checkout for UK customers.

Prices are refreshed in near-real-time from distributor feeds. In most cases the price you see is the price you pay. Occasionally, a distributor may update their pricing between the time you view it and the time we place the purchase order; if this happens we will notify you before proceeding.

UK Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days via Royal Mail or DPD. UK Express (next working day before 12 pm) is available for £19.99 ex. VAT. Orders over £500 ex. VAT qualify for free UK standard delivery. Lead times for non-stock items vary and are shown on the product page.

Yes, we ship to EU countries. EU Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 working days and costs £29.99 ex. VAT. EU Express delivery (2-3 working days) is available for £49.99 ex. VAT. All EU shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where possible.

For DDP shipments, customs duties and import VAT are included in the shipping price so there are no surprise charges on delivery. For larger or specialist shipments sent DAP, the recipient is responsible for local import duties and taxes. We will always confirm the shipping terms before dispatch.

We offer a 30-day returns policy on standard catalogue items in unused, resalable condition with original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items, and items that have been installed or modified, are excluded from returns. A full copy of our returns policy is available on our Returns Policy page.

Email support@partshire.io with your order number and the reason for the return. We will issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide a prepaid shipping label for UK returns. Please do not send items back without a RAN as we may not be able to process the refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 working days. The refund will be applied to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Credit or debit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
